The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following qualities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Business development and self-marketing skills.
  • Background in business ownership, commission sales, project management, and/or professional advisory.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in learning how businesses operate and what they’re worth.
  • Strong core values of honesty, ethics & teamwork.
  • Enough working capital to fund the initial ramp-up period associated with breaking into the industry.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, CRM.
  • An active California Real Estate license is required.

This is a commission only opportunity. Top agents can earn $250,000 or more annually.
