Julia Campbell’s work is rooted in connection, bringing people, ideas, and opportunities into alignment to support meaningful, sustainable growth. Across community leadership, entrepreneurship, and business operations, she has built partnerships and designed systems that allow organizations to grow with intention.
Her experience spans work that strengthens both businesses and communities, including participation in Harvard’s inaugural Innovation Lab cohort at the intersection of Technology, Civic Engagement, and Economic Development. In the private sector, she has led operational transformation within a medical technology division, restructuring systems to support annual revenue growth from $4 million to over $6 million. She has worked across diverse small business environments, including Construction, Med Spa, Property Management, and wellness-focused businesses such as Yoga Studios and Festivals.
Alongside her brokerage work, Julia consults on economic development initiatives within small towns and communities and has led multi-stakeholder acquisition efforts. She also brings insight from having navigated the process from the buyer side.
She is known for her ability to step into complex situations, create clarity, and guide momentum with both strategic focus and intuitive awareness, taking care to understand and honor the individual needs and outcomes at play.
Based in Boston, she serves entrepreneurs across Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is an active member of the Boston Founders Hub, an innovation coworking space for female entrepreneurs, and in her spare time leads women’s circles and volunteers with NamaStay Sober, a nonprofit supporting individuals in healing and recovery.
